Issued gear

I've been looking over some of Andre Joineau's books on napoleonic cavalry. There seems to be a lot of different uniform pieces worn by troopers depending on the duty. For Hussars the basic uniform seemed to be:
Waistcoat
Dolman
Pelise
Barrel sash
Hungarian breeches
boots
headgear (Shako, colpack, bicorne, etc)
And overcoat/cloak

But in addition to this basic "combat" clothing, there seems to be other articles like trousers that button up the sides (charivari?), some kind of stable jacket that buttoned straight up the front, a forage cap, a tailcoat, and some kind of trousers that had leather inseams.

What I'm wondering is: how much of these additional items might the average cavalry trooper expect to be issued? I realize that supply situations pretty much insured that no one would have their full dress wardrobe. But what could be reliably expected for a uniform issue?
