The Duke of Feltre and Lieutenant Philip Clarke

Henri-Jacques-Guillaume Clarke also known as the Duke of Feltre was Napoleon's Minister of War until his abdication in 1814. He did not back Napoleon during the 100 Days, choosing instead to go to Belgium. He became the Minister of War again in September 1815.

In June 1815, British Lieutenant Philip Clarke of the 1st Battalion 1st Foot Guards was assigned to the Duke of Feltre as a liaison officer. He served in that position until December 1815 when he was appointed a Deputy Assistant Adjutant General in the Army of Occupation of France.

The question is. . . were the two Clarke's related or was this some kind of coincidence?

Thanks!
