I have prepared a more coherent file of all the materials collected so far on this subject with the assistance of several NS colleagues. We are still researching the subject and will alert to new or corrected informations.

The NS program thought "Naughty words" were used in this file. I am not an expert in English "Naughty words" so I requested other NS colleagues to approve of text. No "Naughty words" could be located. We decided to make pdf file and post file as a download. If any "Naughty words" are found, please forgive our trespasses.

I hope our file will be of use to others in their research.
