Napoleon disbanded the majority of the foreign units in his armies by means of a decree dated Nov. 25, 1813. Extracts from this decree are reproduced in Fieffé's history of foreign troops in the French army, but I have never been able to find the full text in any compilation of Napoleon's correspondence. Does anyone know where a complete copy can be found?
