I know only one regimental history of the 16th regiment but never seen:

SIROWY, K.; SARNITZ, F.: (Geschichte des Infanterie-Regimentes Nr. 16) Agram: 1903.

I saw an old manuscript of the regiment history in the Hungarian Military Library. I don't remember the author and title.

You can find a great collection of regimental histories titles on www.kuk-wehrmacht.de (from where I know this tile - thanks for it).
