As i rummaged through the archival documents from the Russian State Military Historical Archive, I came across the handwritten Memoire Historique, Anecdotique et Militaire dela Campagne de 1812, faitte par les Francais en Pologne et en Russie, by d'Aupias, chief of staff of the 3rd Cuirassier Division. D'Aupias was captured in Russia and wrote his memoir - 70 carefully written pages - in captivity, completing them in late January 1813. I do not think the memoir has been ever published. Maybe somebody will be interested in transcribing or translating it for the Series. You can find the first four pages here:
