Clash at Muehlbach, 19 September 1813

I have found a reference to this action, which is new to me. `Prussian General von Dobschuetz, commanding the Reserve of von Tauentzien`s IV Corps, with the Black Hussars, Pomeranian Landwehr Cavalry and two Cossack Pulks under General Illowaisky, overthrew and scattered `three regiments of French Chasseurs a Cheval and captured their commander, Colonel Tallyrand.`
My source is a very brief biography of Dobschuetz; no clear identification of which French regiments were involved, or of which Illowaisky it may have been.
Anyone know some more?
