Does anybody know who was the commandant at the citadel of Besançon in 1804 at the time that d'Andigné escaped captivity on the night of 14 messidor (3rd July)?

He was apparently suspended and arrested and I find him referred to in Fouché's bulletin to the Emperor on 23 messidor (12th July) but not by name.

Anyone have any ideas?
