Identification of a Waterloo Poem *LINK* *PIC*

I am currently making the English version of my webpage on the British Waterloo monument at the Brussels cemetery. (link to the French page underneath)

In the crypt, there is a plaque with the following poem:

Peace to thy soul, and blissful glory crown
Thy shade, O brave and virtuous Hero !
Whose country mourns, the while glad Victory
In smiles triumphant would adorn her brow,
For Thou art fallen, and her brightest hopes
Which, nursed in joy, had watched thy young career
And marKed thee for another WELLINGTON,
Are sunK beneath thy tomb.
Friends to the brave companions in the field,
Comrades of WATERLOO, revere the tomb
Where, emblem of BRITANNIA'S grief and pride,
Wreath we in cypresses the laurel crown;
Beloved by many here, a foe to none,
His Brother's voice need not invoKe your Icars
To grace the memory of a Gallant Youth,
And shed their hallowed tribute o'er his grave.

Could one of you help me identify this text and tell me if it was written specially for this occasion or where it was taken from ?
Is it dedicated to some particular ?

Many thanks in advance.

Of course, I have already searched the Internet, but to no avail.
