I have a hard copy of one edition of Bland (a Ken Trotman reprint) and at least 2 electronic ones. I cannot check the exact editions until tomorrow but I seem to recall that they are the 1727, 1759 and 1762 versions, all very similar but with a few developments over the years.

The two electronic ones were downloaded a few years ago following some kind person, probably Steven, giving the links.
