Most sources I have use the name "Grande Armée" for the troops under command of Napoleon in 1814.
The "Grande Armée" was created in 1805 in Boulogne, and lasted until peace after Tilsit.
It was created again for the 1812 campaign and the name lasted until 1814.
So for the 1809 campaign, it was l'Armée d'Allemagne.
