They should have been published and no - not all are WEstphalians, one can find a few as black and white plates in the Zeitschrift für Heereskunde.
Markus Gärtner und the late Edmund Wager used those Westphalian plates (from which I submitted one photo) for they study of their Westphälisches Militär, Markus Gärtner could say for sure more about it.
