The French army in transition 1814-15

Dear esteemed colleagues,
Many of you had already helped me out with lots of useful resources, for which I am very grateful. One more question:

1. Did in the summer of 1814 the French infantry receive uniform of the new, "royal" pattern? (some evidence suggests that they did). Of course, cockades, shako plates and buttons were changed or modified by breaking off the Nap’s eagle and/or eagle’s crown, for example

2. But when Napoleon did come back - did he, once again, replace everything back? Did he ever have a time - not to mention resources - to do it?

Is there a research on such topic?

Je suis avec respect
