Thanks for your attention to the matter.

Life in Switzerland (where meetings can be conducted with everyone speaking their own language and drafts can be in any of four) makes wording important (consider the debate on the Forum as to Napoléon's meaning with respect to Bernadotte in the message written the night before Jena and sent to Davout).

In this regard, you might wish to consider a slight edit to your latest new post (Your Privileges as a Poster on the Forum).

"As a member in good standing, you do not have the following rights: . . . 6. You have no right to ignore any administrative messages posted by the Forum Administrator."

To some (think non-native English speakers), the word "ignore" in the sentence might suggest that a reply is necessary to any (and all) administrative message(s).

Believe your intention is to "incorporate" administrative messages into the "rules".

If not, allow me to assert here, this reply is intended to be "incorporate by reference" as a reply to that administrative message.

Following this a little further, the structure of the listing with a colon at the end of the "As a member in good standing, you do not have the following rights:" gives a double negative. Double negatives, or hints of double negatives, cause use up much time in Switzerland.

An improvement, perhaps, would be a simple lead reading, "As a member in good standing:".

Should you wish the contrast to the first section, then it may be better to have it as a statement followed by the lead to the list; example - "As a member in good standing, you do not have certain rights. These are:"

Your call. - R
