On 30 April 1815, the Prussian 8. Ulanen-Regiment got rid of its pistols of Russian origin, receiving French ones instead (and continuing to use British and Danish ones as well).

However, it kept the simple moulds for casting lead balls (Kugelzange - ball pincers), marked with a Russian inscription, and still had them in 1865.

Which caliber did the Russians pistols have ? Were there different models?
