Strange that the date of promotion to G,-M. is not specific - only 'April 1813'.

I notice the use of 'Baron' and 'Freiherr' does not seem to be consistent in Austrian sources. I have viewed the Schematismus volumes for 1812-1814, with often differing use of titles for the same person.
