Hi All

The memoir of Peter Bowlby states that a field officer of the battalion went down with a reoccurrence of Walcheren fever at Ceuta and died on the way home by ship. Looking at the army Lists it would appear to be major Thomas howard as all the other field officers continue to appear in 1811. I cannot however confirm his death in 1810, can anyone help?
