Napoleons enemies' activities in the fall of 1811

I am a researcher for a Dutch national public television non fiction series on Napoleon in the Netherlands. He made a visit to Holland from September 24th until October 31st 1811. I'm wondering what other European leaders were up to during this period. Were the British developing new invasion plans for the Dutch coast after the failed expedition in 1809 when they landed at Walcheren? Napoleons activities in Holland seems to be primarily aimed at securing the Dutch coast which would be a vulnerable point during the Russian campaign that was already on his mind. Also, I'm curious to know if the Russians, Prussians and Austrians were preparing for a war against Napoleon or in other ways securing their position in the fall of 1811. Does anyone know anything about this or know where I can find more information?
