Whatever the title, the British did suffer a succession of defeats in the Low Countries from 1793-1814: Flanders in 1793-1795; Holland in 1799; Holland in 1809 and didn't do too well at Bergen-op-Zoom in 1814. So, I'll guess we'll have to wait for publication to see what the book actually covers.
