No, it is the same book. I start coverage with an explanation of the French invasion of Switzerland in 1798; N`s `mediation` of the Swiss and the de facto colonisation of the place, together with his `acceptance` of the fact that the Swiss would henceforth maintain 4 regiments of infantry, with 16,000 men, for French service.
I then recount briefly the history of the six regiments of Swiss troops in Spanish service and their fates after the French invasion of Spain (Baylen etc). The Swiss troops in British service are also covered.
The main part of the book is the relation of the fates of the Swiss regiments in Russia in 1812, in II Corps, up around Polotzk and their final destruction on the Berezina.
I then follow the remnants back into Prussia and cover the 1813-`14 campaigns and the final squeaks in 1815.
