Napoleon 1900s post cards and plain backs

I have a Hundred or so of these cards.
Would like to know if these signatures on the cards are important.
Are these cards common or do they have value.
I intend to place them with and appreciative party.

They are not photo reproductions and are hand colored.
The spelling may be incorrect as letters are not clear on the images.
The paper is laid paper. Any help in this matter is appreciated
