Kingdom of Italy OOBs and officers are listed in Zanoli, Sulla Milizia Cisalpino-Italiano, Vol II. It can be downloaded from google books for free. It is in Italian and is not searchable, but the information on KOI is there. I just complied a list of officers in 1809. I can share if you like.
