Volume 26 (July-December 1811) of the Naval Chronicle (available online) has six pages of reports by Codrington and his subordinates on the activity at Tarragona. The Cambrian is not mentioned, though the brig Sparrowhawk is, but it is clear that the major contribution was from the three ships of the line.

It seems that Commodore Codrington`s small RN squadron: HMS Blake (74), Centaur (74), Invincible (74) and two frigates were involved in this siege. Anyone know the names of the two frigates?
