1813 rebirth of the French army

Good day,
not sure how high publications from Osprey are regarded here but I found it interesting that in "Campaign 087 - Lützen & Bautzen 1813 - The turning point" there are detailed numbers given from what sources the French army for the German 1813 campaign was reborn.

Veterans or at least experienced:
20k returned from Russia
2k from 20 artillery companies that had until then been on garrison duty in Prussia
7k were seconded from 98 ships’ companies
12k from four naval artillery regiments
3k mounted gendarmes(largely former cavalry officers and NCOs)
40k veterans were drawn from the forces in Spain

Trained:
10k from depots
1k from municipal guards from Paris
4k from the Departmental Reserve Companies
78k from National Guard(by spring 1813 the best part of a year’s paramilitary service done)

Recruits/Conscripts:
4k from four naval artillery regiments provided
137k from class of 1813 that had just started training at the beginning of 1813

I wonder if these number can be confirmed by any other sources or if alternative numbers of this detail exist.

Besides this I would like to know if there are any sources that in great detail handle the topic of the rebirth of the French army for the German campaign, are there maybe even publications solely for this topic?

With regards
