I am trying to trace a letter sent by Lieutenant-Colonel Andrew Ross to Sir John Moore following the Mutiny on Gibraltar in 1803, which is described in one source as the best description of what happened.

Does anybody know where Moore's papers are held please, looked in a couple of biographies but they seem scattered rather than in one place.
