I’ve read the two Donald Howard’s books I could find, Twin Sieges and Pelet’s memoir, plus an article on the Navy. There are a few questions I’d love to ask him, but I see he is listed as Professor Emeritus. Is it acceptable for a non FSU student to contact him?
Also, has anyone used the FSU Napolonic resources, feedback?
