In seniority the captains ran according to Dalton's Roll Call
1 P Campbell
2 Chalmers
3 W Rowan
4 Diggle
5 Shedden
6 Love
7 McNair
8 Langton
9 Cross
As you will note - we are a captain short

whereas the June 1815 Muster Rolls show
1 P Campbell
2 R Campbell
3 Chalmers
4 Rowan
5 McNair
6 Brownrigg
7 Diggle
8 Sheddon
9 Love
10 Young

According to Holman/Leeke however

R Campbell was absent and company commanded by Cross - but they say he commanded 8 company!
McNair commanded 9 Company
Diggle commanded 1 Company

As you can see none match!! It would also appear if there is a 9 company, that all 10 were numbered!

Unfortunately very few subaltern officers are allocated beyond this!
