You will find a (complete?) collection of the general orders for the Bavarian army the link below. Besides other stuff, these orders announced all changes in the Bavarian officer corps.

A Google search for Perchanger and Brach (and Brack) in this file didn't yield any results though. You might have to go through the orders manually.
