Re: General Ivan Paskevich’s Memoirs

The careers of many of the Russian Generals who fought Napoleon are outlined in:

Русскіе портреты XVIII и XIX столѣтій: Изданіе Великаго Князя Николая Михаиловича. Portraits russes des XVIIIe et XIXe siècles : Edition du Grand-Duc Nicholas Mikhailowitch. [Russian portraits of the XVIII and XIX centuries: Collection of Grand Duke Nikolai Mikhailovich]. St. Petersburg, Russia: Экспедиція Заготовленія Государственныхъ Бумагъ [Publisher of State Papers]. 6 volumes (each in many parts). 1905-1909. In Russian and French.
Available in the Presidential Library at: https://www.prlib.ru

Grand Duke Nicholas was a great admirer of the military and many of the portraits that he collected are of officers in the imperial forces. Each portrait is accompanied by a biography in both French and Russian.

The Library has a catalogue in English to help you find the many volumes and parts. Alternatively try a Google Advanced search for a specific officer by name, limiting the search to the web domain.

The biographies are not necessarily comprehensive or entirely accurate in every respect, and should be compared against those in:

Polovtsov, A.A., et al., editors. 1896-1918. Русский биографический словарь [Russian Biographical Dictionary]. St. Petersburg, Russia: Imperial Russian Historical Society. 25 volumes. In Russian.

This is also available online.
