I have this uncomfourtable question about who exactly was the sous-préfet of Pontoise in 1815, when the 2n and 3rd Divisions of the Netherlands field army occupied and cantonned the region immediately northeast outseide the town of Paris. The Netherlands headquarters keep communicating with him, whilst not metnioning his name. Can anyone help me here for this sous-préfet?
