I will send you some of my original research tomorrow. The only information I have before December 1802 is for some of the Board of Ordnance Establishments (Artillery and Engineers). Whereas the Cavalry and Infantry had new establishments issued each year, the Board of Ordnance only issued amendments, so I had to go back to earlier years to see the last complete establishment and then work forward from there.

I can however tell you which ledgers in the WO 24 series contain which of the earlier years which you are interested in, which may help in your research. The WO 24 series is not currently available online, so you (or someone on your behalf) would have to visit the National Archives at Kew, near London, to transcribe them. I reckon it takes about one day per year.
