Thanks to everyone for attempting to support me, I appreciate it very much

The problem was that I had changed my settings, with "strict blocking" being what led to problems accessing Napoleon Series.
I changed it to "standard", and now I have no problems.

I see, on the Napoleon Series, a thing (lock?) on the top of my screen telling me that the connection is not secure, especially on the forum.
But that has probably something to do with password and connection. Does anyone have tips on what I can do with that? It was, I think, because of that thing I couldn't access Napoleon Seres.
