Hello, i buy on ebay that button you see on picture, in description was writed French light infantry button. I try to use google, i think that is definitely light infantry button, but my questions are:

Is this French light infantry button?
If yes it is from Napoleon I. period?

Seller write to me that button was found in Latvia. And 18. light infantry regiment have this fights writed on this page: 1812: Witepsk, Moskowa, Malojaroslawetz, Krasnoe, and Beresina
so i think french 18. light infantry regiment can be in Latvia, because in 1812 Napoleon army crosses this land, but question still is if it is french and if cant be from another period.
