I believe that a volume entitled "Martinet Les Uniformes du Premier Empire" is on the stocks, though I do not know when it may be available or who the publisher is. Does anyone have any more details? It is listed as having the set of 339 planches and additional material making it up to a total of 630. As the cost quoted at 300Euro is not cheap and the existing Guy Dempsey work remains most valuable, it would be useful to know the provenance and worth of these extra images. Does it include such series as Gallerie des Enfants de Mars, or are they simply variations on the original planches? I would be most grateful if anyone is in a position to shed some light here.
