Thanks for the reminder. You are quite right, they did. I see Prussia declared war in March 1813 and Austria in August 1813.

The French 'minister at Stockholm', was expelled in December 1812. The casus belli was the French invasion of Swedish Pomerania so I suppose no declaration of war was necessary.
