I am searching for information about the tactical use of the Voltigeur Regiments de la Garde Imperial in 1813. These units were composed from 2 battalions of 4 companies but I would to know if all companies were skirmish capable, if the battalions were fully deployed "en grandes bandes", if they fought in close order or if they were multi-purpose infantry.
