This is what I have so far as a scenario for this battle. Thanks for all of your help.

The green columns leading off to the west are Pahlen and Eugene (fixed - release later with variable percentage to reflect the fact that they had their own orders and recalling them would take time). Gorschakov's 1st Corps prepares to attack Leval's division (Chasse' attached). Rothemberg backs up Leval. The rest of the French infantry is in Bar-sur-Aube.

Kellerman arrives on the lower southwest corner (a little over halfway up the area covered by the red box).

The 5th Armeekorps (Wrede) is initially fixed with the Bavarians releasing first and the Austrians having a lower percentage.

Alternate versions of this will include St. German's cavalry (though he is mentioned in some of the texts I am not sure if this is accurate as Hourtoulle has him miles off the battlefield) and MacDonald's infantry plus the missing division from II Corps to try and even things up a bit.
