Austrian Infantry Regiment Number 63

Can anybody help?

I'm doing some research on the origins of the KuK regiment, number 63 Erzherzog Joseph that seems to have fought particularly well at Marengo. I checked in the Gedenkblatter Kriegeschicte der KK but it lists this regiment as being formed in 1860. It seems that number 63 was a Walloon regiment initially but the Hapsburgs had already lost the Austrian Netherlands by 1799 when the regiment was formed. Was it formed from disbanded freikorps or from men from other Walloon regiments? Was it disbanded later on ( I see no record of it being disbanded during the Napoleonic Wars? There was a book written on the regiment by Michael Schneider in 1907 but it seems to be unavailable on the internet.
Any help would be gratefully received
