I have just received a copy of the subject book. It's good and the edition I have is from 1953 and is hard bound. When I was going to school there, the history deparment still used the two-volume atlas of American Wars, but no longer, unfortunately, did not use the Esposito/Elting Napoleonic Atlas. What was used instead was limited and not as well-written.
