Re: Peterloo should be taught in schools says Dire

I don't see how, given that GCSE and A Level history syllabi(???) vary widely across different exam boards, and often may not cover early 19th Century England - I know ours didn't, when I was at school. It sounds a bit like a luvvie trying to promote his latest project as a "must see". What else becomes "compulsory" - The Chartists? The Jarrow March? Free school milk?
