Cavarly Reviews, May 1813

Good morning all,

Rather a niche question, even for this discerning group, but I am wondering if any of you could answer the following...

What sort of movements would the heavy cavalry have performed for Wellington during the reviews (Portugal, May 1813) before the army set off and marched to Vittoria?

Would they have used their swords etc? Would there have been yells? Drums?

I have scoured the diaries. Whilst many mention the reviews during this month, and how pleased Wellington was with his troops, there are few details beyond that.

My very grateful thanks, as always
