Thank you for your help! I may have made a mistake and used the incorrect term. I double checked the history of the 87th Ligne ex 12e Leger and it looks like I am looking for the extrait d'un livret d'inspection. This seems to be the report that shows uniforms details and the parade stats of the officers.

So if anyone has extrait d'un livret d'inspection for 3e Regiment d' infanterie Ligne for pre April 1809 I would be in your debt.
