voyage of the 33rd to India

I am trying to find out more about the journey of the 33rd Foot to India in 1796-97. I think they sailed in the second East Indies fleet of 1796 which left Portsmouth on the 17th of May 1796, arriving at the Cape of Good Hope 3-4 months later, and at Madras or Calcutta early in 1797. Colonel Wellesley followed in a later ship and (I think) joined his regiment at the Cape.

Can anybody refer me to a source for this information, which might include the names of the ships that the regiment travelled on, the length of time they stayed at Cape Town, and how and when they got to their final destination. (I suspect they may have transferred to other transports at the Cape). I would also be very interested if there is any surviving memoir or account of the voyage by one of the officers—I have not managed to find one.

Thanks for any assistance you can provide on this obscure matter.
