A Rangier-Rolle was the list of soldiers of a company, ordered by their height. (see link below)
Here ist is the 5th company (= 1st company of the 2nd battalion, therefore it includes the Bataillonss-Tambour) of the 1. Schlesisches Infanterie-Regiment. The recruits from Erfurt indicate it is not earlier than 1814, and on 5th November 1816 the name of the regiment was changed to 10. Infanterie-Regiment (1. Schlesisches).

The part with all the 150+ privates of the company is missing
What is shown are the following groups.

Vor- und Zuname
Maas [height, in Zoll and Strich above 5 feet]
Alter
Dienstzeit [by Jahre and Monate]

Religion [Lutheranisch, Reformiert or Katholisch]
Profession [I can decypher only "Müller"]
Beweibt [married]
Kinder [Söhne and Töchter]
Wo sie sonst gestanden [regiments they had served in before - obviously nobody cared to fill out this column]

[I have no idea how the order of the three ordinary Spielleute was determined]
