They are all listed as drummers in the British Authorised Establishments which I researched for the period 1802-1815. Surprisingly that includes the 95th Rifles who also showed drummers. However there are plenty of accounts recording buglers, not drummers, in Light Companies, Light Infantry battalions and Rifle battalions in practice.

The only buglers shown in the British Establishments are in the Royal Staff Corps. I have no idea why.
