I've (hopefully) just sent you via mail drop:
Wellington Supplementary Dispatches and Memoranda Vol VI
This volume covers the period from 1806 to (I think from memory, 1809 or 1810).
There are some memoranda in there relating to the proposed expedition to Spanish America written in early June 1808.
There's a short gap of a few days before the material starts to address the situation in Spain towards late June.
Please bear in mind that there was no indication at this stage that the expedition would be to Portugal as opposed to mainland Spain
If you do not already have this volume, I'm sure you will find it useful.
