I didn't find an earlier one, but the 1811 army list has Johann Baptist Brack, promoted to Capitaine on 28 September 1806.

On pp.146 ff., you find the places and the staffs commanding them. I haven't checked, but I believe the dates provided with the officers' names give the dates of their promotion to their current rank, not the dates when they were assigned to the different places.
