According to Charging against Wellington: the French Cavalry in the Peninsular War 1807-1814 (an excellent source! )
Between 15 July 1807 and 19 June 1813 the 1st Vistula Lancer Regiment / 7th Lancers only had two commanders:
Jan Konopka (15 July 1807 - 6 August 1811)
Ignace Ferdinand Stokowski (13 October 1811 - 9 June 1813). He was wounded at Dresden and captured by Prussian guerrillas on 9 June 1813.
Just to add confusion to the issue. . . According to Quinton's Dictionnaire des Colonels de Napoleon page 811, Colonel Stokowski was in Russia by the end of 1812. I suspect this is an error.
Furthermore, there is no Klicki listed in Quinton's Dictionnaire des Colonels de Napoleon. There was a 7th Polish Lancer Regiment, so if he did command the 7th Lancers, it was probably them.
