Including british retreat to Coruna and british retreat after Burgos ?

We had this discussion before : hostility of population is more relevant than french (lack of) logistic. French suffered deep food shortage in Catalunya, a few miles from France, due to rough land and very active Somatenes. They lived pretty well in Andalusia, at the opposite end of Spain, or in Aragon and Valencia under Suchet.
