No they didn't - as far as I am aware no Prussian officers was shot at, because, the Saxons were at this time still commanded by Saxon officers.
All this is well described in Saxon memoirs as for example Friedrich Vollborn, Erlebtes vom 16.03.1814 bis mit 02.01.1816, they had no qualms to shoot at the French in the campaign of 1814.
